Client Responsibilities

Accurate Information

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information necessary for campaign execution or design delivery.

Lawful Conduct

Our services must be used only for lawful purposes. You may not use our resources to violate third-party rights or engage in prohibited activities.

Active Collaboration

Timely cooperation is required, including access to necessary platforms (such as Business Managers) and prompt feedback on deliverables.

Financial Terms

Payment Structure

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all service fees must be paid in advance. Payment milestones and pricing details will be outlined in your proposal or invoice.

Refund Policy

Fees are generally non-refundable once services have been delivered or work has commenced, except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

Scope Expansion

Any work outside the original agreement will require separate approval and may incur additional charges. All such costs will be communicated in advance.

Confidentiality & Data Privacy

Data Usage

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Zayan Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or ad account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.

This limitation does not apply to damages resulting from gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate services with prior written notice, as specified in the service agreement.

Upon termination, the Client remains responsible for all completed work and outstanding payments up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

Amendments to Terms

Tech Zayan Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in services or legal requirements. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
